Born and raised in Brooklyn, Des has seen it all. With the best buns in the business, she has witnessed Henrietta's transformation even in the days when Lisa G. bar-backing was considered a volunteer position. Come down and enjoy the disco sound with Des during happy hour Fridays and make sure to keep her tip jar flowing on Saturday nights. Besides finding her on the front bar, she also lends a giving hand to stray animals. Placing them in her care and nurturing them to full health, Desiree seeks happy homes when placing them back up for adoption.
